These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Tsuwa WebRTC / SIP calling applications and related web services ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Operating Environment and Data Communication
The Service operates exclusively over the Internet. Any mobile carrier data charges, internet service provider fees, or roaming charges incurred while using the Service are the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Transmitting excessive traffic, creating denial-of-service conditions, or overloading communication infrastructure and signaling servers.
- Impersonating another person, transmitting abusive/harassing calls, or sending unauthorized signaling payloads.
- Interfering with or compromising the operational integrity and security of the Service.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary protocols in an unauthorized manner.
4. No Emergency Calling Services
IMPORTANT: Tsuwa does not provide access to emergency call services (such as 911 in the United States, 110/119 in Japan, 112 in Europe, or local equivalents). In the event of an emergency, please use your standard mobile cellular network or fixed-line telephone service.
5. Service Changes and Suspension
The Service reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue any feature or service without prior notice due to maintenance, system upgrades, equipment failure, force majeure, or operational requirements.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including uninterrupted availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
